Refunds and promises.
A reading is work done once, for one person, delivered to your inbox. Once it is there it cannot be handed back, so the promises are precise and the grounds for a refund are named. This page is the whole of the terms.
What every reading promises
Delivered to your inbox within the promised time. Complete: a committed stance on timing, at least one dated window, one condition to verify, and the named dissent. About your question, the one you committed, not another. These are the promises a refund can point at.
On time or it is free
Standard readings arrive within 24 hours of your entry, priority readings ahead of the queue. If yours arrives late, it is free: the reading still comes, and the charge is returned without your asking.
Incomplete or astray: re-cast, then refund
If your reading is missing any promised element, or answers a different question than the one you committed, say so within 7 days by replying to the delivery email. It is re-cast once, free, at the next clean moment. If the re-cast still falls short of a promise on this page, the full charge is refunded. You do not need to argue the astrology, only point at the promise.
What is not grounds
A delivered reading that keeps its promises is complete, and disliking it is not a defect. The verdict saying wait when you hoped for go, a window farther out than you wanted, a condition you would rather not verify, a dissent that stings: that is the reading working. We commit to timing and conditions, never to outcomes, so events themselves are covered by no promise. And one reading is once: asking the same question again is a new entry, not a claim on the old one.
Before delivery
Entering the register asks the reader to begin at once: your moment is already fixed and the work starts inside the day. If you write before the work has begun, the entry is cancelled and refunded in full. For buyers in the EU and UK, purchase is your express consent to immediate performance of digital content, and the statutory right of withdrawal ends when the reading reaches your inbox; until then, cancellation works as written here.
Refused questions are never charged
Questions touching safety or harm, medical, legal or custody direction, questions about minors, and surveillance of another person's private life are refused before payment, with the right doors named. If a charge ever slips through on a refused question, it is refunded in full, at once.
One reading, once
There is no subscription, no credits, no account to forget. One question, one document. An optional re-cast of the same question in its new moment is offered inside the document, at $19, only if you want it then.
Your question stays yours
Your question and birth details are used to cast and write your reading, and for nothing else. They are not used to train any model, not sold, and not shown to anyone but the reader of record.
Who this is for
Adults, 18 and over, with a question of their own. Readings offer clarity on timing and conditions. They do not decide for you, and they are not medical, legal, financial or safety advice.
How to claim
Every claim is a reply. Answer the delivery email, or the receipt if nothing arrived, within 7 days of delivery. No forms and no proof of feeling; name the promise that was missed. Refunds return to the original payment method.
